The location was fabulous, and the staff were very good too. They even swapped our mattress for a comfy one, major win!
But honestly, my only complaint? The dog choir outside! If you're allergic to barking, pack your earplugs!

I appreciated its comfortable modern and beautifully designed rooms.
The hotel had an incredible location extremely close to Plaza Serrano Square. The staff helped with everything. I was offered a room with lovely views of the garden and pool.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with easy access to local eateries and attractions. We found the staff friendly and the overall atmosphere cute.

The staff is excellent! They are really committed to guarantee a nice stay to the guests. The location is very good, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The decoration is cool.
The breakfast is just correct, I think they could improve the variety in order to match the hotel excellence.

The staffs knowlege and help was excellent.
The rooms where very noisy as it has not carpet and doors were being slamed by hotel staff at all hours, very annoying.

Staying with my large family was a delight. The vibrant area with its cobblestoned streets and unique shops made our exploration so enjoyable. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist. We also loved the beautiful courtyard garden, serving as a peaceful retreat.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

we had a really nice stay at this trendy boutique hotel. amazing location in a very friendly neighbourhood of buenos aires, amicable staff, everything was great. the staff provided friendly service and helped with everything. location: the property was so close to palermo, and all restaurants, bars and shops in the direct neighborhood. the lunch in kevin bacon quite a walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

I thought that the staff were all 1st class, very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as easy and relaxed as possible. The hotel itself was charming and in a lovely part of BA, great for going out in the evening and conveneint to the parks and subway.

I loved the nicely designed and truly exceptional hotel.
breakfast was amazing, pleasant views, top location really close to all the restaurants, bars and shops of trendy palermo, the centre of a very trendy area with lots of restaurants, and northern argentina. all the services were very good. and they had a tv in the lobby.
